This Cancellation Policy applies to the Gemstone Consultation service offered by Vaidarbhi (Astrologer | Numerologist | Palmist | Healer) at modrnastrologer.com/gemstoneconsultation. Please read this policy carefully before making your payment of ₹99. Proceeding with the payment means you have understood and accepted this policy.
How Our Consultation Service Works
Understanding our service flow will help you understand why cancellations are not possible after payment:
You review the service details, benefits, and pricing at modrnastrologer.com/gemstoneconsultation.
You complete the one-time payment of ₹99 through the secure payment gateway. The service is now initiated.
After successful payment, you are automatically redirected to WhatsApp to share your birth details (date, time, and place of birth) with Vaidarbhi.
Your birth chart is analysed and a personalised lucky gemstone recommendation is prepared and delivered to you on WhatsApp.
No Cancellation After Payment
Once payment of ₹99 has been successfully processed, the consultation order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
🚫 Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made. Since our service is personalised, digital, and begins immediately upon payment confirmation, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once the transaction is complete.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after completing the payment.
- You have not yet opened WhatsApp or shared your birth details.
- You accidentally clicked “Pay” without intending to.
- You want to cancel because of personal reasons after payment.
- You found the service elsewhere at a lower price.
- You feel you no longer need the consultation after paying.
Why Cancellations Are Not Possible
Our no-cancellation policy exists for the following genuine reasons:
- Immediate Service Initiation: The moment your payment is confirmed, the consultation slot is reserved and Vaidarbhi begins preparing for your reading.
- Personalised Nature: Every gemstone recommendation is uniquely prepared based on your birth chart. This cannot be reassigned to another person.
- Digital & Intangible Service: There is no physical product involved — the service is delivered as personalised guidance over WhatsApp and cannot be “returned.”
- Deeply Discounted Price: At ₹99, this is an introductory offer. The processing cost of refunding or cancelling would exceed the service fee itself.

Before You Pay — Things to Keep in Mind
To avoid any confusion, please ensure the following before proceeding with payment:
- You are genuinely interested in receiving a personalised gemstone consultation.
- You have your birth details ready — date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
- You have an active WhatsApp account, as the consultation will be delivered there.
- You understand this is a one-time, non-refundable, non-cancellable payment of ₹99.
- You are 18 years of age or above.
Technical Errors & Exceptional Situations
While cancellations are not accepted, we do acknowledge genuine technical issues:
✅ Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error, please contact us within 48 hours with your transaction proof. We will verify and refund the extra amount within 5–7 business days.
✅ Payment Deducted but Not Confirmed: If your account was debited but you were not redirected to WhatsApp and did not receive a confirmation, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists after 7 business days, reach out to us with your transaction ID.
These are the only two exceptions where we may process a reversal. All other requests will not be entertained.
What If You Did Not Receive Your Consultation?
If you have completed payment, been redirected to WhatsApp, shared your birth details, but have not received your consultation report within a reasonable time, please do the following:
- Check your WhatsApp for any response from Vaidarbhi — it may be in your pending or requests folder.
- Ensure you have shared all required details: date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
- Send a follow-up message on WhatsApp mentioning your payment date and transaction reference.
- We will ensure your consultation is delivered without delay.
