By visiting this page, making a payment of ₹99, or using our consultation service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the payment.
About ModrnAstrologer
ModrnAstrologer is an online astrology and spiritual consultation platform operated by Vaidarbhi, a practising Astrologer, Numerologist, Palmist, and Healer. Our Gemstone Consultation service helps individuals identify their lucky gemstone based on their Vedic birth chart, with the goal of enhancing positivity, removing obstacles, and attracting abundance in their lives.
Our website is built on WordPress using Elementor and is hosted at modrnastrologer.com.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and ModrnAstrologer (the “Service Provider”).
📌 Completing payment of ₹99 is treated as your explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. Please review all policies before paying.
If you are using this service on behalf of another person (e.g., gifting a consultation), you agree that you have that person’s consent and that these Terms apply to that use as well.
Eligibility
To use our Gemstone Consultation service, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- You must have a valid, active WhatsApp account to receive your consultation.
- You must have access to a payment method accepted on our platform.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
By making a payment, you confirm that you meet all the above eligibility requirements. If you are below 18, please have a parent or guardian make the payment on your behalf with their consent.
Payment Terms
The Gemstone Consultation is available for a one-time fee of ₹99 (Indian Rupees). The following payment terms apply:
- Payment must be completed in full before the consultation is initiated.
- We accept payments through the third-party payment gateway integrated on our website (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available methods).
- ModrnAstrologer does not store your card details, CVV, or banking credentials — all transactions are handled securely by the payment processor.
- Once payment is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to WhatsApp to begin your consultation.
- The ₹99 fee is inclusive of all applicable charges. There are no hidden fees.
- Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but any change will not affect transactions already completed.
⚠️ All payments are final. The consultation fee of ₹99 is non-refundable and non-cancellable once the payment is processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details.
No Refund & No Cancellation
Due to the personalised, digital, and immediately-initiated nature of our service:
- No refunds will be issued once payment is completed.
- No cancellations will be accepted after payment is made.
- This policy applies regardless of whether you have opened WhatsApp, shared your birth details, or received your report.
The only exception is a verified duplicate charge caused by a payment gateway error, which must be reported within 48 hours with proof. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy on our website for complete details.
WhatsApp Communication
Our Gemstone Consultation is delivered exclusively via WhatsApp. By using our service, you agree to the following:
- You will share accurate birth details — date, time, and place of birth — on WhatsApp after payment.
- You understand that WhatsApp is a third-party platform operated by Meta Platforms Inc., and ModrnAstrologer is not responsible for any interruption, data breach, or service failure on WhatsApp’s end.
- You consent to Vaidarbhi communicating with you over WhatsApp for the purpose of delivering your consultation.
- You will not share abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content with Vaidarbhi on WhatsApp. ModrnAstrologer reserves the right to decline service to any user who behaves abusively.
- Response times on WhatsApp may vary. Vaidarbhi personally prepares each report, so please allow reasonable time for your consultation to be delivered.
Disclaimer of Results
Our Gemstone Consultation is based on Vedic astrology, numerology, and ancient gemstone healing traditions. While we believe strongly in the power of these practices, the following disclaimer applies:

- Our recommendations are meant to complement, not replace, professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on your consultation report.
- The effectiveness of gemstone remedies depends on multiple factors including quality of the stone, wearing method, individual circumstances, and belief — all of which are outside our control.
- ModrnAstrologer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes arising from acting on our consultation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModrnAstrologer and Vaidarbhi shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss or damage arising from reliance on any information or recommendation provided in the consultation.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
- Failure or delay in delivering consultation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to WhatsApp outages, internet disruptions, natural events, or acts of God).
- Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your WhatsApp or personal data due to your own device or account security.
- Any technical error by the payment gateway that is beyond our control.
In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service, i.e., ₹99.
Intellectual Property
All content on modrnastrologer.com, including but not limited to text, images, videos, consultation reports, layout, and design, is the intellectual property of ModrnAstrologer and Vaidarbhi.
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially use any content from our website without prior written permission.
- Your personalised consultation report is prepared exclusively for your personal use. You may not resell, republish, or share it commercially.
- The “ModrnAstrologer” name, brand identity, and associated materials are proprietary to Vaidarbhi and may not be used without consent.
User Conduct
By using our service, you agree not to engage in the following:
- Providing false or inaccurate birth details with the intent to manipulate the consultation.
- Attempting to reverse payment through fraudulent chargeback claims after receiving the service.
- Using our service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards Vaidarbhi or any representative of ModrnAstrologer.
- Attempting to access, hack, or disrupt our website or payment systems.
- Impersonating another person to obtain a consultation.
ModrnAstrologer reserves the right to refuse service to any user who violates these conduct guidelines, without any obligation to refund.
Third-Party Services
Our service relies on the following third-party platforms. By using our service, you acknowledge that you are also subject to their respective terms and policies:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) — used for consultation delivery. Subject to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Payment Gateway — used for processing transactions. Subject to the payment processor’s terms and data handling policies.
- Facebook Pixel (Meta) — used for ad tracking and performance measurement on our website.
- Elementor / WordPress — the platform on which our website is built.
ModrnAstrologer is not responsible for the practices, policies, or conduct of any third-party service provider.
Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information — including birth details shared on WhatsApp — is used solely for delivering your consultation and is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes.
