This Refund Policy applies to the Gemstone Consultation service offered by Vaidarbhi (Astrologer | Numerologist | Palmist | Healer) at modrnastrologer.com/gemstoneconsultation. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By completing the payment of ₹99, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Nature of Our Service
ModrnAstrologer provides a personalised digital consultation service. Once you pay ₹99, you are redirected to WhatsApp where you share your birth details (date, time, and place of birth), and our astrologer Vaidarbhi prepares a custom gemstone recommendation specifically for you.
No Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of our service, all payments are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
⚠️ The consultation fee of ₹99 is strictly non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of whether you have initiated the WhatsApp conversation or received your consultation report.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after payment.
- You did not initiate the WhatsApp conversation after payment.
- You did not share your birth details on WhatsApp.
- You were unsatisfied with the gemstone recommendation.
- You felt the results did not match your expectations.
- You accidentally made duplicate payments (see Section 4 for duplicate payment policy).
- You misunderstood the nature of the service before purchasing.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our consultation is a service that involves significant personal time and expertise. Here is why refunds are not possible:
- The moment payment is made, Vaidarbhi begins the process of reviewing your birth information and preparing a personalised report.
- Astrological and gemstone consultation is a subjective service — results and recommendations are based on ancient Vedic knowledge and cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
- The service is delivered digitally over WhatsApp — once delivered, it cannot be “taken back.”
- At ₹99, the consultation is offered at a deeply discounted rate as a special introductory offer. This pricing makes it unfeasible to process refunds.

Duplicate / Accidental Payments
In the rare case where a technical error results in a duplicate charge for the same order (i.e., your account was debited twice for a single transaction), we will investigate and resolve it:
✅ If you have been charged twice for the same consultation due to a payment gateway error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your payment screenshot and transaction ID. We will verify and refund the duplicate amount.
- Contact us via WhatsApp with proof of the duplicate transaction.
- Include your transaction ID, payment screenshot, and the amount deducted.
- Duplicate refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Payment Failure & Deduction Without Service
Sometimes, due to bank or internet issues, your account may be debited but the payment may not be confirmed on our end (failed transaction). In such cases:
- Your bank will typically reverse the amount within 5–7 business days automatically.
- If the amount is not reversed within 7 business days, please contact your bank first.
- If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction reference number and we will assist you in resolving it.
📌 A deducted amount in a failed transaction is handled by the payment gateway and your bank — it is not received by us. Please contact your bank as the first step.

- Prompt response on WhatsApp after you share your birth details.
If you feel your consultation was not delivered or there was an issue with the process, please reach out to us. We are always happy to ensure you receive the service you paid for.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, the consultation order cannot be cancelled. Since our service is personalised and begins immediately after payment confirmation, cancellations are not accepted.
